It stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson, Mark Wahlberg, Martin Sheen, Ray Winstone and Vera Farmiga.
As well as Best Picture, The Departed won three further Oscars, including Best Director for Scorsese.
